Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and provide you the opportunity to return for store credit, refund, or exchange any product that we sell. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, please contact our support team within seven (7) days of delivery. Visit our Contact page for our phone numbers and hours of operation. After contacting us we will provide you with return instructions for your product.

All items must be in original packaging and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds or exchanges that do not reasonably meet these conditions. Any payment charges are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. We are happy to facilitate shipping through our accounts so you'll receive our discounted rates and insurance. All refunds to a credit card or a PayPal account will be charged a 4% restocking fee. If you have requested a product exchange we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or to refund your money according to the above terms if a suitable exchange is not available.

Returns on bullion, in addition to the terms above, may also be subject to market loss. Please review our market loss policy in the Terms of Sale for more details. Consider our buyback program instead of a return when there has been a significant increase in values, otherwise any market gains on returned products remain the property of Silver Gold Bull.
